“Copetín” is a word that comes from the Genoese cuppetin, and in Buenos Aires is a snack that is often consumed in the afternoon.
The typical “porteño copetín” consists on one or two alcoholic drinks, accompanied by pretzels, corn sticks, cheese balls and fried salted peanuts.
In order to maintain this tradition, there will be a special “Copetin Week” in Buenos Aires, from October 3rd to October 12th.
You’ll be able to try different drinks in Historic bars, as well as traditional ones. Further information: https://www.facebook.com/semanadelcopetinporteno/
